They say that I am just a sheep.
Someone that needs be led.
Why thanks! That title’s full, replete
of things that I’d have said.
That Jesus is my shepherd, Lord
brings gratitude to heart.
I have no wisdom save His Word
From it I’ll never part.
The bliss of comfort through my days
is found within a psalm.
Psalm 23 doth still amaze
to make me wise and calm.
He meets my needs through life on Earth,
but should He stop I’ll know.
I’ve come to eternal life’s last birth
to in His Presence grow.
